Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Australia. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. Once dispatched, all domestic and international orders will receive a tracking number.

Precious April do not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted.

Australia

For all shipping within Australia, it's charged at a flat rate of $10.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch.

Please let us know if you require your order urgently and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request where possible.

 

International

Standard International Shipping rates vary by country:

New Zealand - $18
Asia Pacific and Oceania - $22
North America, Central America and South America - $24
United Kingdom and Europe - $28
Rest of World (includes any region not listed above) - $37

Orders are shipped globally from Australia.  International orders sent via standard shipping generally arrive around 10 - 15 business days from the day of dispatch but please be aware that orders may take around 4 weeks to arrive from the day of dispatch due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any duty or sales tax that may be incurred for parcels sent overseas. Please refer to your local customs office for rates within your country.

Express International Shipping - we do also offer Express International Shipping via DHL for most regions.  International orders sent via express shipping will generally arrive around 3 business days from the day of dispatch.

Pre-Orders

Preorders will be shipped once the stock arrives in the warehouse. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each preorder item on the product page. The delivery time frames from dispatch will be the same outlined above.

 

How can I track my order?

When orders have been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know its on it’s way to you. This email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow your order’s journey!

 

Do you pack orders on Public Holidays & weekends?

We close every weekend and public holiday to give our amazing team a break!

 

How long will it take to receive my order during sale time?

Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of orders we receive during sale we cannot guarantee when your order will be dispatched. We try our hardest to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking when we do.

 

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Unfortunately, duties and taxes vary from country to country, payment of these (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
